Your Postpartum Package:

Two in person or virtual prenatal consultations to get to know each other and create your care plan - this will change slightly after you give birth but it is good for me to know what you think will be helpful beforehand. If you are hiring me after baby has arrived, we will take some time to chat about your care plan at my first visit.

Lactation support - minimum 1 hour consultation

Postpartum care within the first month of birth. This could include but is not limited to:

• Cleaning

• Cooking

• Holding baby while you rest, walk, take time for yourself

• Additional lactation support

• Laundry

• Grocery shopping (client would reimburse for costs and would provide specific brands desired)

• Accompany on errands to adjust to having baby with you

Investment: $45/hour

or

Package Deal: Commit to 4 days for $38/hour
