To Doula or Not To Doula?
A Doula provides comfort, support and advocacy! A Doula does not replace a partner but rather works cohesively with everyone in the room to ensure the laboring person is getting the experience they deserve and desire.
Informed decisions lead to better birth outcomes. Studies have shown that women are 31% more likely to be satisfied with their birth if they have a Doula. They are also 25% less likely to have a C-Section! I stay up-to-date on the latest research and recommendations so that I can be your best advocate. I provide support at your home, hospital or birth center - wherever you choose to give birth works for me!
Birth is a unique experience for everyone so I provide flexible care options that will fit your needs. In our first consultation, we will determine how I can best support you in your journey to reach your desired birth experience.

Kindred Hearts Offers
Comprehensive perinatal (Pregnancy, Birth, Postpartum) care with the option to add birth and family portrait photography to any package. You could choose to have me by your side or it may just be a few 1:1 virtual or in person sessions in preparation for birth. Or, you may only be looking for postpartum and lactation support.
